Friday, September 7 from 1:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturday, September 8 from 5:30am - 7:45am. Personnel will not be available for early setups. Do not plan on setting up other times than specified.
Overhead Loading Dock Door Limitations: 10 feet wide by 9 feet high.
Vehicles and trailers are not allowed inside the facility during the event.
IMPORTANT: Vehicles cannot be driven into the facility. Bring a hand truck, cart, dolly or other device for loading and unloading merchandise. Many need to setup and overhead doors cannot be blocked for extended periods.
GLHA has one platform hand truck available for use. While using it, we will need to hold your valid driver's license, which will be returned when the hand truck is returned. There is no fee for using the hand truck.
Only paid, registered indoor vendors are allowed inside the Salt River Room during setup. The indoor portion of the hamfest will not be open to the general public until Saturday at 8:00am.
Outdoor Tailgating Setup Time
Saturday, September 8 beginning at 6:00am. There is no setup on Friday. Personnel will not be available to assist with early setups outside. Early tailgating setups are not recommended.
