  • ARRL / ARES / Good Morning Kentucky Phone Net Forum (90 minutes)
         The latest news from our ARRL and ARES representatives, followed by the 3810 group.

  • Ham Radio and K-9 Search and Rescue (60 minutes)
         Highlighting the value of Amateur Radio during search and rescue operations along with their K-9 helpers. Presented by the Jefferson County Search Dog Association.

  • Weather Spotters Class (60 minutes)
         Joe Sullivan from the National Weather Service provides this class to prepare you for the storm season. Becoming a trained weather spotter is your way to serve the community by learning how to identify and report hazardous weather conditions in your area.

         Signup begins at 8am. Testing 9am - Noon.
    You Must Bring the Following:

  • QSL Contest
         The Wow Factor caught your eye last year and we're doing it again! Have a QSL card that really makes you excited to be a ham? Enter it to find out. Fellow hams will judge the QSL cards and determine a winner. Cards may be picked up after the contest. Your QSL card will be gently protected in a large plastic card holder to prevent damage during the contest.
