I don't know of any PLACE specifically, but I know you might be able to find a picture and maybe a year for the cooler in a book called "Petretti's Coca-Cola Collectibles Price Guide" (The Encyclopedia of Coca-Cola Collectibles).
Parts might be a problem. The best bet might be to get with a collectors group. They might be able to help you.
I do know that the Coca-Cola Collectors Club is a non-profit organization for collectors and their families who are interested in the history and Vintage and New Memorabilia of The Coca-Cola Company. You might check them out at cocacolaclub.org. They say they have over 7000 collectors. (I am not plugging this group, I just know about it. Membership is $35 a year with a monthly newsletter through the mail.)
